wm:fvwm:start
Here is the configuration I use and abuse with the scripts that goes with it.
Might not work out of the box for you, please review and adapt the highly commented files
Structure:
- ~/.fvwm
- config (main configuration with single head)
- config-dual (same as main one with settings for dual head)
- ~/.fvwm/scripts (scripts used in the configuration)
- ~/.fvwm/settings/icons (nice icons)
- ~/.fvwm/settings/images (background images for window decoration)
- ~/.fvwm/settings/ (specific window placement / menus / styles /* )
- ~/.fvwm/settings/programs (program specific config files
- .conkyrc
- .screenrc-fvwmedit
- .screenrc-irssi
- .screenrc-main
- .screenrc-music
- ~/.fvwm/settings/screensaver (screensaver background)
- ~/.fvwm/settings/wallpapers (wallpapers)
Third Party software (not mandatory):
- hsetroot for the bakground
- urxvt for terminal (Xterm in case)
- trayer
- xscreensaver
- imagemagick
- emelfm2
- htop
- screen
