Here's the quick fix (Barely takes a minute):

Win+R → regedit → HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Input\TIPC → Double click "Enabled" → Set value to 0 → Restart PC

This would stop Microsoft from reading every word you type.
